Healthy Snacks!

No Bake Energy Bites!

-½ cup peanut butter 

-¼ cup honey

-1 cup old fashioned oats 

-½ cup dark chocolate chips

-2 Tbsp chia seeds

Mix all ingredients together. Store in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, remove and roll into balls. That’s it! Makes 15 balls. Enjoy!

Berry Banana Avocado Popsicles 

1 cup coconut milk 

1 cup almond milk

1 avocado

1 cup blueberries

2 cups strawberries

2 frozen bananas

Splash vanilla

Drizzle honey 

Mix all ingredients together in a blender and pour into popsicle molds and freeze. Will make approximately 12 popsicles. You can drink the leftovers as a smoothie! Enjoy!

Homemade Fruit + Nut Bars

-1 cup walnuts (or nut of choice)

-1 cup freeze dried strawberries

-1 cup Medjool dates (pitted)

-1/4 tsp cinnamon

Combine all ingredients in a blender until mixed well and a ball is formed. Line 8 x 8 dish with parchment paper. Remove mixture from food processor and place on parchment paper. Press down firmly until it is even throughout. Store in refrigerator and cut into bars. Enjoy!
